Shallow company, not a good place for early career people.
The good thingsBeautiful offices located right near the harbour in modern, state of the art offices. Great facilities and ambience in office.
The challengesExtremely dysgenic management. Seem to not know or care about business fundamentals. Only interested in attending another free lunch or seminar held in the beautiful office terraces. No modern leadership here.

Nice office, not so nice culture.
The good thingsEasy to work from home, and when in the office the view was nice.
The challengesNo action will be taken to toxic leaders. Even if they talk down to employees, make inappropriate remarks, or potentially are very bossy - the whole company will look the other way. I watched those who spoke up be maligned due to this. Overall, employees are replaceable. It felt great at first, then it was obvious it was fake. Almost like high school cliques.
