A lot of potential but compromised by unskilled institutionalised management.
The good thingsThe company is rapidly expanding with the resurgence of mining. Pay is slightly above average.
The challengesA small business of 15 people suddenly expands to about 100 staff. Old staff do not like the new. Management is seriously under experienced and cannot deal with the agresive internal, rivalry creating a very toxic workplace. Management and old staff are seriously institutionalised and believe that they are the and to the point where they believe that if the company can't/didn't do it, then it cannot be real.

I enjoyed working with Radlink and learned a lot from the team. We parted on good terms.
The good thingsUnderstanding and flexible management. All personnel are friendly and easy to get along with.
The challengesLack of clear direction and leadership. Lack of support personnel. Unclear or no processes due to constantly changing goals. The compamy was experiencing un-precedented growth. Frequent hi pressure and stress situations due to unrealistic expectations of larger clients (read mining companies).
