    I had a love-hate relationship working there. I loved everything about the job other than the work itself. I'm a pretty shy person and would get anxious before every ring but it would be very relieving when somebody agrees to do the survey with you. The s
    The good things-Paid breaks -Friendly and supportive team leaders -Picking when you want to work and having it work around your schedule -Decent pay rate -Close to station -Good working environment
    The challenges-The work itself. You will encounter a lot of rude people daily -The headsets are old and crappy -No weekend or night penalty rates -Sometimes it may be difficult to achieve the strike rate -Short shifts during weekdays (unless you make it to the competitive side) -High employee turnover -Probing can be difficult if you are a slow typer
