Employees appreciate the strong company culture and supportive team environment at Pickles Auctions, with many noting the family-like atmosphere and friendly colleagues. The recognition and rewards programme, including regular lunches and celebrations, makes staff feel valued. Career progression opportunities are clear, with supportive management encouraging development. Work/life balance is excellent, with flexible working arrangements and good benefits including bonuses and extra leave days.

However, there are some potential challenges, including inconsistent management practices across different branches, with varying levels of support reported. highly toxic environment - non management staff were great
The good thingsThe regular dealers and customers that made you feel appreciated for helping them.
The challengesManagement! There is ALOT of favouritism within the company. There is lack of support from the higher ups despite them saying 'putting your physical/mental health' first and then being made to feel guilty for doing so. Management need to take a step back and have a proper understanding of what the staff below team deal with and the stress they're under.
