The challengesCompany attitude is very sink-or-swim, you are given some training and then expected to perform at the same level as experienced teammates, some managers/supervisors form cliques and deliberately exclude certain teammates who draw their ire, some openly hostile and toxic people remain in the company while forcing others out due to being in said cliques
