It starts well, even with client introductions, but team performance is poor, leaving you isolated
The good thingsThe company's technical level is great, only for Industrial Building; all projects have been seen in practice.
The challengesLack of Projects, No Pipeline of work that makes staff feel stressed from day one and day by day affects your productivity. Project management is only by the division manager, and not many projects, making you feel isolated in building your self-esteem. for micro engineering desicion yo have to ask for confirmation due to concern of loosing clients, push yo hard to dosimple design verified.
