All in all a good company to work for, staff are treated well, very much a fmaily atmosphere
The good thingsTravel around the country, no two jobs are the same, usually get a thrill out of lifting buildings and providing solutions to our clients, very much a family atmosphere/vibe, work with good people from all around the world.
The challengesPay is okay but could be better, sometimes long stints away from home.

Amazing company and people
The good thingsAs a PE the thing that enjoyed the most was the fact that I had full range to make decisions with no restrictions which made it amazing to develop my engineering abilities. Mainmark has a casual atmosphere, with no red tape culture, and management is highly approachable.
The challengesyou have to be willing to wear many hats and be able to respond quickly to the challenges on the day-to-day since it has a small crew. this also makes it good since your role has a lot of impact on the direction of the company.
