Great teams unfortunately overshadowed by poor management
The good thingsThe people you work with are lovely, and customers are usually really great to deal with. The stores always had a lovely atmosphere, and tasks were easy to deal with.
The challengesUnfortunately, after seeing the sudden influx of faked 5 star reviews it’s still clear to me that reputation is more important than fixing the underlying issues. Management can be condescending and difficult to work for. Your mental health and wellbeing is bottom of the list. They don’t allow growth and prefer not to promote their workers.
