Worst company I've ever worked for
The good thingsIt's a job to start, not to stay.
The challenges there are equipment deficiencies and lack of staff. Which makes you an experienced troubleshooter, but I'm sure you don't want to be a problem solver every day.

The challengesHr can be ok, but definitely don't stick to their word. Boning room head supervisor is a trouble can make it very difficult for people if you are not liked.

The challengesTo many Union members that ruin it for everyone else.
The Union is always winging about irrelevant things none of us care about then ignore us when we have something we want to bring up... better off just dealing with it yourself with management and HR than the union.
They have a seniority clause in the EBA so its super hard to get promoted if you're new even if you work hard.
