I loved it so much, I came back!
The good thingsThere are so many things to love about Niagara. Everyone is incredibly supportive and the comradery makes every day fun and exciting, even on a bad day. The management team are incredibly supportive and understanding.
I loved working at Niagara so much that I ended up coming back after some time away. Workplaces like this are so hard to come by.
The challengesThe systems can be slow, and the reporting system is very manual, leaving a lot of room for error - however, the good far outweighs the bad.

The good thingsFantastic work environment, everyone is treated equally. Staff are very friendly and the support that is provided is of great value. Management care about their staff and this shows by the amount of time people have worked there 10yrs plus for many staff.
The challengeschallenges are in every job role, all depends on your mindset and your willingness to overcome the challenge.
