    Challenging yet rewarding on many levels such as skills and experience.
    The good thingsA chance to independently manage, organise and carry out duties with a sense of autonomy and own direction. Gaining confidence to manage tasks on my own with a high level of effectiveness, efficiency and excellence especially when dealing with the key aspects such as the business, financial and customer service which are key fundamentals in driving the company forward, to grow & keep thriving. Learning to organise duties as per certain requirements and/or according to time allocations and limits as well as re-adjusting and adapting to any changes in order to successfully complete all tasks especially in order of priority and urgency. Overall a great workplace to learn, develop and build key skills, capabilities and experience.
    The challengesHaving to effectively and efficiently carry out many tasks with confidence, ease and with a high excellence all at once whilst planning, arranging and adapting to any duties or situations that may arise especially any last minute tasks that may need to be carried out promptly and balanced within the time constraints and that too without any room for error (especially when dealing with the financial ) and a great deal of accuracy.

    The good thingsGood colleagues, opportunity to get Australian experience. I had a good boss, who was my General Manager.
    The challengesWay too much micro management from the HQ in Malaysia, lack of trust from them, no authority given to the managers.
