Sep 2015It cant be too bad, I've been there 19 years.
The good thingsThe staff are mostly like family. Its close to home. Nanyima has a good reputation in the aged care sector. They are quite accommodating with regard to the roster.
The challengesNO overtime, EVER. The boss is not very open to other peoples ideas. Lack of funding from the Federal Govt. means sometimes you have to do without.
