The good thingsCompany culture is incredible, high focus on collaboration and partnering. Work life balance is great and ability to drive change and improvements.
The challengesNot many. Mainly just that some progress is little slowed down, as there has to be consensus obtained for decision to be made, but that ultimately enables the great company culture, so I see it as small price to pay.
