The good thingsI will enjoy when I leave and do not ever have to come back, that is it.
The challengesCONSTANTLY reminded of how successful the business is, how many BILLIONS of EUROS they are making and how well the business is doing - no bonuses or a pay rise and paid PEANUTS compared to other roles that are out there doing the same thing. Constant training and upskilling but never reflected in wages. Have worked in Customer Service my entire life and have never come across a customer base so rude and entitled. No communication between departments, everyone is told something different no consistency in terms of knowledge.
