The good thingsteam members are great, some jobs are easier than others which makes the pay ridiculous
The challengesmanagement are horrible, chatswood has had 4 store managers in 3 years, and 5 department manager change overs, zone manager could not give 2 craps, no communication between team and management. Kmart does not raise budget with pay rises and boots all the casuals to 3hrs/ 3 weeks.
