    Wouldn’t work anywhere else!
The good thingsGreat pay, great benefits, great team and great work. Everyone is super friendly and managers are receptive to new ideas and innovation. It is a very busy place and lots of growth means that every day is a little different. Top-down support is great too, and the work is meaningful.
The challengesNone, I love working here

    A fulfilling experience
The good thingsWorking at Junction has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career. The culture here is incredibly supportive and inclusive—everyone genuinely cares about each other and the work we do. Management is approachable and always open to feedback, which makes a huge difference in feeling valued. I’ve had access to great professional development opportunities. The salary packaging options and wellness program is also a big plus. But what I love most is knowing that the work we do truly makes a difference in the lives of vulnerable people in our community. It’s more than just a job.
The challengesNone so far, I have had a really positive experience.

The extremely high turnover tells you all you need to know. I'd wager there are multiple roles being advertised right now. For a reason.
The good things- Appreciative clients. -
The challenges- Extreme disconnect between management and staff. - Management more focused on the appearance of "professionalism" within the organisation, rather than achieving meaningful, positive outcomes for clients. - Non-inclusive. - Completely inflexible. - Company expansion prioritised over the successful administration of pre-existing programs. - Closed loop regarding feedback: absolutely no one to express concerns to. Seemingly by design. - Non-existent / incomplete on-boarding procedure. - Perpetually high staff turnover. - Inexperienced / incompetent management.
