    It could've been better.
The good thingsConsistent work, got along with most coworkers, fairly close to home and paid well.
The challengesToxic work environment, nepotism runs rampant, incompetent team captain, machines constantly breaking and managers spending so much money on safety barriers/gates instead of new machines. One of the machines is a serious safety breach, but no one does anything about it.

Painful, as they are bogged down in their own processes.
The good thingsLots of excellent window dressing and minor perks
The challengesJaybro way or the highway. Say one thing, do the opposite. Lots of lip service. Don't take constructive criticism well at all.
