    Interaction Disability Services is a not-for-profit, NDIS-registered organisation providing a range of support to people living with intellectual disability. Over the last 45 years, we’ve expanded to provide ongoing support for more than 550 families and individuals annually.Through a range of supports, we empower people with intellectual disability and specialise in supporting individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome. We seek staff who are dedicated to the rights of people with disability, have a wealth of expertise, as well as the relevant qualifications and field experience.At Interaction, we offer a wide range of support services for children, adults, and their families.

His authenticity and approachability make it easy for employees to voice ideas and concerns which is rare and deeply appreciated.

    IDS provides excellent guidance, training and strong support to staff.
    The good thingsIDS consistently provides clear guidance and appropriate training to staff. The management team is always supportive and ensures that employees have the resources and knowledge they need to perform their roles effectively. It's a great environment that encourages growth and teamwork.
    The challengesOne of the ongoing challenges is managing workload and adapting to changing priorities. However, the support and training provided by IDS make it easier to overcome these challenges and continue improving professionally.
