The good thingsThe Staff and Practice are both Well Presented and Professional. There is a wonderful understanding of Work-Life Balance. There are always opportunities to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities.
The challengesProgression and stability. Every staff member is on Casual and it can be quite difficult to progress in position title.

Regarding your note on progression and stability, we understand your concern. While many of our team members are on casual contracts by choice (as it suits their personal circumstances), we’ve offered full-time roles to several staff, and we do have full-time team members in place. We're always working to support both flexibility and growth within the team.
