ICON Engineering is a privately owned Perth consultancy that has delivered offshore oil and gas projects in Australia, Southeast Asia and internationally since 1997. We work for operators and drilling contractors on brownfield modifications, drilling rig modifications, rig-installed wellhead platforms, subsea engineering, P&A campaigns, specialised oilfield equipment and offshore construction, taking scopes from concept through design, fabrication and offshore installation.
At 150+ people we take on serious scopes, but the engineers who design the work still see it built and installed. Flexible and hybrid working, an optional 9-day fortnight and a Perth CBD office with gym and pool.

The good thingsAn incredible company to work for. ICON has supported my journey from being a Graduate Engineer through to Project Engineer. I have been involved in the majority of major projects and exposed to the full spectrum of working environments. ICON has supported further studies and implemented work/life balance strategies that are rare in other Engineering firms. I recommend ICON to anyone who is ready for a challenge and interested in advancing their career while working with great people.
