I would never recommend this company, the no tolerance policy is a complete lie, toxcity is rampant
The good thingsIts a good job, the problem is the management
The challengesThe pay is award wage minimum so thats a difficult situation for this day and age with bills, the team is extremely toxic and no matter what proof you have nothing will be done. Extreme favouritism so if you have any issues with 2 certain team members its time to quit

there's always work available if the person rostering doesn't hate you for no reason.
Can have good chats with customers
The challengesPushed me over the edge emotionally and physically
each department blamed each other for their faults which negatively impacted everyone including customers.
No support from upper management. They would pretend help you and cut your pay.
Petty dramas dragged out into work gossip which was draining to listen too. Grown men screaming at younger female coworkers was not uncommon.
Oh and customers are instantly weary of you because your job is to charge them for their mistakes.
