    Great place to work. Opportunity to grow - talk and speak up you'll be heard if you do right by management and prove to them you are willing to do the hard work. Also had a great boss so it helped. Support if you asked for it. Not all franchises are the same so make sure you work for a good business owner who values and supports their management/staff.

    Do NOT recommend working herePositive: The location is very beautiful, right next to Uluru. One of the women you would work with here is lovely. Solo accommodation was spacious and nice. Negative: The woman you would work with more closely is a snide horrible person who is incredibly rude to everyone. If you like being treated like a human being this isn't the job for you, run.
