What’s it like working at Fujitsu?

    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees appreciate the work/life balance at Fujitsu, with the ability to prioritise home life. Colleagues and team members are frequently described as friendly, supportive, and talented. There are opportunities to grow and learn through diverse projects and a $1,000 annual learning budget, and the company demonstrates a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

However, there are some potential challenges, including concerns about management practices such as micromanaging and limited staff engagement. Zero transparency from a company that prides itself in supporting ex-defence staff. No transparency.
    The good thingsColleagues were great.
The challengesManagers who never seem to be interested in their staff. No communications regarding redundancies, even though asked multiple times if my job was safe. Don't make ex-defence members redundant one day before Anzac Day. Won't consider older workers for lower positions.

    1. Cross-functional exposure and good L&D budget 2. Below-market pay, no appraisals & low motivation
The good thingsExposure to diverse, cross-functional projects $1,000 annual learning & development budget per employee
The challengesSalary compensation is significantly below market standards. There is no structured annual appraisal policy, and performance discussions are largely superficial, resulting in no meaningful salary revisions. This leads to very low motivation to continue employment.
