    I would still be working as a traffic controller if my health had not made me feel that I am unable to safely carry my work responsibilities.
    The good thingsThe pay is good and workers respectful, dutiful and friendly. I felt valued to keep the workers safe. The company is actively working to keep implementing safety protocols for employees.
    The challengesThe drive to and from and during work site is very fatiguing, the distance is dependent on where the contract is located. Work can be individually accepted or declined which impacts on your pay and more importantly, your ability to work effectively and safely.
