A nice company that has good culture, however it can be a stressful environment to work in
The good thingsECH has a very friendly and good culture. All the staff are so nice and genuinely care. There are lots of opportunities to work on different projects and to learn and develop your skills.
The challengesIf you are a parent of young children or wish to work part-time, it is not welcomed in the Marketing department. Many members of the team are overworked, overstretched and stressed. There is lack of support or resource to be able to do the job to your best ability.
