Lots of pressure very few moments to breath
The good thingsPeople were nice. You get to work on government program
The challengesThey want you to know C#, JavaScript, angular, SQL, CSS, testing framework, knockout J's, rxjs, and work on extremely large scale applications

Avoid working there. No different than being treated like a contractor.
The good thingsIn the beginning it was a good place to be in as it had some good initiatives around engaging with staff
The challengesThe lack of culture. No respect for staffs well being. Everyone is viewed as $. Inexperienced and underqualified executive team. No HR department anymore.

Good experience but glad to have moved on.
The good thingsExposure to local government organisations. Exposure to a variety of variety of projects in various fields.
The challengesIn between project assignments be prepared to sit on bench waiting for your next project assignment. Highly dependent on skillset but also the amount of time could also be dependent on the company winning a new tender. Work suited to people with varied skillset. Lack of support from management on assignments. Company tends to work their people hard, one sided.
