The challengesNo link at all between the strategic goals of the organisation and the work going on, on the ground. Plenty of communication from management yet non of it honest, useful, timely or realistic. Just a difficult and odd culture in general and promotions based on who and not what you know.

One of the best places to work at where you feel like you've found your second family.
The good thingsThe people and the culture are the best out of all the places that I have worked at. The management was very supportive of ensuring that staff have good work/life balance, which is very rare these days.
The challengesResourcing. Staff are trained up very well and are then poached by the clients which then lead to resourcing shortage.
