What’s it like working at Domain Group?

    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees value the positive culture at Domain Group, highlighting the supportive and friendly environment, great colleagues, and strong team spirit. The work/life balance is excellent with flexibility to work from home, and the modern office facilities and social events contribute to an engaging workplace. The company is also recognised for being inclusive and diverse.

However, there are some potential challenges, including limited career advancement opportunities with unclear progression pathways, and management areas that could benefit from improved transparency and communication. Some employees feel that salaries could be more competitive, and navigating multiple systems and products can be time-consuming. Additionally, strategic direction and alignment could be clearer amid frequent changes.

A lack of communication and follow up like this says a lot about the professionalism of a company.
The good thingsIn theory the job itself
The challengesPoor quality of communication and unprofessionalism.

    A very disappointing experience.
    The good things..................................
The challengesThe culture is pretty toxic. People are not promoted on merit, but who they know, or how long they have been with the company. There is absolutely no training. Management are in a pink fit trying to work out how to catch up to their nearest competitor, and can never seem to come up with anything.

A great culture, but the company is run like a start up and lacks vision other than to become a 1 billion dollar company.
The good thingsGreat culture and diversity.
The challengesThe company does not seem to have a grasp as to what it wants to achieve. It wants to be a billion dollar company, but its eco system is disjointed, systems are not unified, they buy new businesses, and continually make roles Redundant. Its a joke.
