sales assistant consulted with many customers daily while upselling multiple times a week.
The good thingsI enjoyed making people feel heard and helping them with there needs. I enjoyed having customised conversations to each costumers needs and wants.
The challengestraining on counter should have been more then one session, and having someone at the door to prevent less theft.

Fun but wished there were more hours.
The good thingsThe managers were nice, customers are usually nice.
The challengesExtremely small store - clothing is often jammed/overloaded onto racks. You're kinda on your own for a bit and had trouble learning the POS system as I didnt use it often as I was mainly on the floor helping customers pick goods. Barely any hours, theres a lot of staff hired so theres not a lot of hours given.
