Great clients but not great in other areas.
The good thingsThe clients are beuitful
The challengesA lot the manager and office staff and they need to be supportive not back bit staff and knock staff when they are studying to improve their skills in their job. Which anyone is studying with another company Carinity doesn’t support you. This company is a church base company but they don’t follow their morals for the company. Also the higher up management isn’t good. This company has not treated me good.

Loved the position, but upper management was toxic. I would have stayed if not for toxic behaviours.
The good thingsThe position was not boring, making the lives of the Residents better by trying to improve the environment was very fulfilling.
The challengesToxic environment, power struggles within the upper management, communication methods left much to de desried.

A wonderful workplace that aligns with my values and commitment to person-centred care.
The good thingsThe staff and residents make this a rewarding place to work. The commitment to person-centred care is at the heart of everything we do, and ensuring the wellbeing of our residents is always our top priority.
The challengesLike any organisation, there is always room for improvement. However, what stands out is the dedication of our team, who are continually striving to learn, grow, and provide the best possible care and service.
