    The challengesThings started off great as they normally do in a new job but after a few months peoples true colours begun to show. The company was growing really fast and their was not nearly enough staff to keep up with this growth. Didn't make it any easier when at Christmas time they decided to lay people off causing more stress and havoc. This stress was thus taken out on myself and fellow colleagues. Doing daily tasks became a nightmare if it wasn't completed within a second of being asked. Getting yelled at for no reason and when finally brought up to management they didn't care. It was basically you either put up with it or find another job. Was good while it lasted at the time, but no one needs to put up with that. Not sure what its like now, but I would be asking a lot of questions.
