The challengesI think they are working through the challenges of a new system, which is challenging for any company. But I feel that the Manager within the team, is providing the team with the support and leadership which will ensure their success in the future.

The good thingsWhen I moved to a different part of accounts the staff were a lot friendlier
The challengesLow pay, poor management, only do 6 month contracts so they can let you go without a reason, if you are too efficient you will work yourself out of a job, if you work overtime you will not be paid for it
