Beware. All talk. Business is run by people who only care about themselves. Destined to fail.
The good thingssome of the people were great to work with.
The challengesall senior managers are narcissists. Selfish and only concerned about their own back pockets. Staff change so regularly that even after a year I was nearly the longest staff member in the whole place. Continuously looking at ways to save money by cutting commissions. Very toxic environment. Very little genuine care of employees. Back end of the business a complete mess. not sure how it has not collapsed....

Only reason for leaving was we couldn’t find a place to live in Brisbane. Even the company was trying and couldn’t get a foot through the door. Job can be challenging but overall rewarding. I will miss this place.
