    Overworked with false promises of pay rises.

    The challengesManagement do not understand operational requirements and set unsustainable and unrealistic workload targets which required copius amounts of unpaid overtime to achieve. Management were completely unreceptive to any suggestions to improve/streamline processes. Many false promises of performance pay reviews were made to drive employees to do excessive unpaid OT to handle the extreme workload. These reviews then never occurred.

    THE WORST AND MOST TOXIC WORKPLACE EVER. PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF, YOU DESERVE BETTER. DO NOT DO IT!!
    The good thingsOne or two if my good friends. Apart from that, nothing. The place is a literal nightmare
    The challengesEverything. The leaders and managers act like you don't matter. While they are in 'meetings' / chatting and gossiping, they expect to keep push yourself until you have nothing left. They are meant to be leaders but they are never there, or 'too important' to do their jobs and help us consultants learn and grow in our roles. It is ok I guess if l you need something super short term. They preach about being 'one team' yet it's leaders and their family and the 'chosen' favourites are all buddy buddy and will cover their mistakes, yet the other ones are publicly shammed and isolated so the leaders can continue their power trip. So many people that I know that have left feel the same same way as me. My mental health is still recovering from being belittled and put-down by HR and leaders. Management and above couldn't care less. All they want are results. They like to hire younger people so they can crush their spirits young and mould to be the toxic people the leaders are. Just awful
