Amazing work environment in a company that truly cares about their employees
The good thingsThe culture is amazing. Connective truly cares about their employees and the support from senior management is fantastic. I've never worked anywhere where I've felt so valued by my peers and management. We all work hard but we have a lot of fun along the way.
The challengesIt's a fast-paced environment where things can change quickly. You either like that working style or you don't, for me it's not an issue.
