Enjoyed working for Andersens!
The good thingsAndersens live their "Country Values" Creed. During my time I met many of the Executive team and found them all to be very approachable. Support from head Office was always there when needed. I felt like they were always willing to listen to new ideas and suggestions to improve their service.
The challengesThere was a huge amount of change to work through in the Adelaide business, new sales software, new pricing and new technology. For the most part there was suitable training supplied and extra assistance forthcoming. Recruitment was somewhat hit and miss due to a skills shortage in the industry.
