The challengesOne of the biggest challenges was working with individuals who believed they were highly skilled in sales, yet whose primary strategy amounted to following delivery trucks in the hope of generating business. This approach demonstrated a lack of strategic sales ability and a misunderstanding of what genuine business development requires.
It was equally concerning to observe members of senior management who strongly promoted health and safety standards, yet failed to apply those same principles themselves. There appeared to be a belief that they could enter any construction site, including sites that were not even their customers, without wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment or complying with basic site safety requirements. This inconsistency significantly undermined the credibility of the health and safety culture they claimed to support.

I would love to go back if a opportunity came up again. Best place to work.
The good thingsThe people, the support and the friendly atmosphere. I didn't want to leave, but was more around family needs then wanting to leave.
The challengesNot many that I could think of. It's a great place to work. Suppor is there anytime you need it. Great thing was at Christmas we got vouchers, gifts and regular BBQs on Fridays.
