The good thingsWorking with team, safety culture
The challengesPoor management, Business making poor decisions on spending money which causes more losses, shop floor people not considered for their opinion, people getting redundant and asked to leave due to customers walking away. Very old machines with obsolete parts. I won’t recommend to join as boat is sinking fast

A deeply disappointing experience, Amcor is a sinking ship. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone seeking stability, respect, or genuine leadership. Despite working hard and contributing to the team’s success. Communication from management was inconsistent, and there was a clear disconnect between upper leadership and the people actually doing the work. Promises of career growth and “supportive culture” turned out to be more marketing than reality. It’s unfortunate, because there are some talented and dedicated employees trying their best — but they’re overshadowed by a culture that values short-term cost-cutting over people. If you’re looking for a workplace that truly values its staff, look elsewhere.
The good thingsMy Team. I don't think I would have lasted as long without them.
The challenges “There was a noticeable culture of favoritism and inconsistency in management decisions.” “Management appeared more focused on control than on collaboration or staff wellbeing.” “Employee input was rarely valued, creating an environment of disengagement and frustration.” “Decisions were often made based on personal bias rather than performance or merit.”
