Fast Pace, tick! Rewarding, tick! Work/Life Balance, tick!
The good thingsI worked for Printforce from 2006 till 2015, then moved to Brisbane for a couple of years and was happy to work for Printforce again starting in 2024. Printforce has given me great job opportunities in various roles, in which I felt supported and motivated. The work environment is clean, modern the equipment is modern and you are encouraged by the company in self improvement and innovation. The work is fast paced and varied, rewarding and based on merit, good work/life balance.
The challengesManagement could use more help so certain tasks can be delegated and free up time and attention to manage, innovate and support staff

One of the worst working environments to ever be placed in…
The good thingsScenic area to go have lunch
The challengesOne of the worst workplaces I’ve ever worked in. Work culture was near to none, with no support what so ever when trying to learn. Manager was completely unapproachable when trying to ask questions or ask for help, keep in mind there is no training given to you, so you better be ready if you have no experience. Manger would constantly belittle me infront of everybody in the room and I was basically made to just rot in my chair by the end of it. First 2 days in and I was walking out the door in tears by how I was treated and what made things worse is that nobody else in the room stood up for me. What a way to shatter someone’s confidence whilst working here, I probably wouldn’t even recommend it to my worst enemy. I’ve had some poor experiences in the past, but this one topped it by a mile.

Incredibly poor managers and management structure.
The good thingsLunch breaks going on walks in East Perth.
The challengesExceptionally poor management with no direction. Meetings with no direction, actions or intent. Staff turnover next level, 11 people over a 1 year period in a 6 person department, every single person citing the same reason for leaving: Team Manager Bonus's completely dependent on the mood of management, not tied to any measurement of performance. No training on product, systems or processes.
