Many years of working 24/7 for practically FREE was all for nothing !!!! My bad for caring so much for the company !!!
The good thingsAgility Logistics used to be an awesome place to work and we were all one big happy family until management changed about 3-4 years ago. All the good people were made redundant or pushed out and new faces brought in to "fix" things. Everything went downhill after that.
The challengesInitially it wasn't difficult to work there because my colleagues (the original team) were very helpful and always assisted when required. The new team have very little care factor and I feel that management have not chosen well.

The challengesConstant lack of communication between relevant parties and a 'us vs them' culture made a very depressing workplace.

Big improvement if compared to a few years ago but still facing challenges with some people who are not willing to work in a team environment and help others in order to provide excellent experience to our clients.
The good thingsGood middle management team. Some are not on the same level as others and do not have the experience/knowledge to propose and implement changes to improve processes.
The challengesLack of experience in some departments. Lack of attitude and passion.
