The good thingsDuring the time I have worked with Access Group Solutions at 2 different locations. There are 2 positive things I have experienced.
1. Equal Employment Opportunity.
2. Workplace Culture. The teams at both locations. Both security and management always check in with each other. However big or small the the incident. Our wellbeing and safety as employees is a number 1 priority at AGS.

The challengesYou would need to remove the entire management team and get adults with interpersonal skills that aren't awful human beings
extremely unsupportive, constantly met with bad attitude and mood swings. Expected to go above and beyond for a low paying position and act as a children's liaison officer/care worker instead of actual security.
