    Made some good friends but it can be an extremely trusting job and company.
    The good thingsWFH role. The people are relatively nice to work with. Fountain Gate Hub has a coffee machine. Loadings and penalties if working after a certain time.
    The challengesNever ending tech issues and you’re always told that you just get used to it. Not much development opportunities. Training and coaching needs improvement. Pay scale is quite low, has just increased but is on par with supermarket wages. The workload doesn’t match the pay. You can’t comment on anything that might be seen as negative such as systems not working efficiently or how busy it is.
