Executive Assistant & Business Support
About the role
This is a high-impact, onsite Executive Assistant & Business Support role for someone who understands how a business runs — not just how to manage a calendar. You'll be trusted with real responsibility and expected to run with it: following through on commitments, flagging issues early, and being upfront the moment something goes wrong.
Key responsibilities
Proactively track, manage, and follow up on the Managing Director's key priorities — through to completion, not just kick-off
Liaise with internal leaders to make sure deadlines and commitments are actually met
Drive accountability across teams and escalate where needed
Support business costings, reporting, and analysis in Excel
Coordinate HR admin — performance review tracking, leave oversight, workforce planning, onboarding support
Provide general business and personal administrative support
Spot process improvements and help evolve the role over time
Flag issues, delays, or mistakes as soon as they happen — including your own
About you
Experience supporting senior leaders or business owners in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
A genuine track record of reliability — deadlines met, tasks finished, commitments honoured
Strong initiative — comfortable making decisions and acting without being told
Total honesty and transparency, including raising your own mistakes before someone else finds them
Solid commercial judgement and business acumen
Intermediate–advanced Excel skills
Confidence across Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, OneNote, Teams, Office)
Sharp attention to detail and a highly organised approach
Nice to have: exposure to HR and/or business operations

Benefits
$75,000–$90,000 + super, dependent on experience
Full time, with part time (~5 hrs/day) considered for the right person
Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, some flexibility on start/finish
