    AI summary of recent reviews

WPP offers a notably positive workplace environment characterised by a friendly and creative culture, supportive management, and strong cross-team collaboration. The company demonstrates a genuine commitment to employee well-being and maintains an informal, comfortable atmosphere that promotes creativity and initiative.

Areas for consideration include compensation, as salary increases can be limited in certain roles, and workload management during peak seasons can be demanding. Some employees also note that project leadership structure could benefit from clearer definition.

Good Culture but Weak Career Path
The good thingsI was very lucky to have supportive managers and team members. I learned a lot during my time there and really enjoyed the friendly, creative, and chill work environment. The company culture is great.
The challengesLimited career growth and low pay. Raises are hard to come by, so if compensation and progression are priorities, it may not be the best fit. That said, if you find a well-paid role, it’s a great place to work.

If you have an opportunity to join, don't hesitate. Fab company, projects, technology, and above all; people.
The good thingsAbout absolutely everything you could want in a workplace. Hugely value their employees, their abilities and initiatives. Very high focus on employee well-being and representation. Most socially aware and sociable environment I've ever worked in. Great collaboration across teams. Genuinely an all around great place to work.
The challengesSometimes which team is heading which project.
