Overall I learned a lot. They provide you with a lot of training to do your best for the clients.
The good thingsLearnt a lot, communication though patchy when it did come through support was good. Training was adequately provided. Hires the right people for the job, excellent at selecting teams that function well together.
The challengesChallenges with communication when you were contracted out as a consultant. Especially regarding contract extensions, pay delays and other vital information. We were supposed to have fortnightly update meetings that ended up getting canceled a month into me working here which was fine, except it meant to important information got passed on.
