The company offers excellent growth opportunities, flexibility and autonomy, and is recognised as a leader in agile software development. Employees also value the global opportunities to work in other offices and travel internationally.

A consultancy that cares, when it can afford to
The good thingsExtremely good growth opportunities, you will be consistently challenged and provided the support you need to meet those challenges. Culture of openness, able to bring your whole self to work, and everyone was respectful and supportive. A company that largely feels like it cares about it's employees
The challengesThe model of the business struggled to adapt to the new financial realities it faced, and it felt like the dreams being sold weren't being backed up. Pay growth for the lower levels was lacking. Workload can be high, with out of hours work and working through lunch often becoming standard expectations in order to meet both client and internal demands.

Extremely welcoming environment and a great place to gain breadth across domains, but it always felt like a stretch.
The good thingsWonderful and inspiring people. Open and frank discussions about broad social issues and internal processes at all levels. Excellent approach to software development: true leaders and visionaries in agile software development. Extremely diverse workforce. Plenty of variety in projects.
The challengesRecently, there is less focus on social change, and the shift in culture causes tension. Senior roles have too little support and guidance and you tend to get thrown in the deep end, while junior roles are coddled; in both cases it makes growth challenging and hard to sustain.

The challengesNot enough structure and too much assumed accountability
