The challenges* Extremely high attrition rate. * High number of redundancies in the last 6 months. * Toxic Culture at the top levels & poorly managed. * Leaders Totally out of touch with bottom level staff. * Do not live by their own values of fairness & integrity. * Constant changes in leadership. * Under Resourced. * Computer System totally outdated. * Zero Processes in place to mitigate problems & extremely vulnerable to human error due to outdated computer systems that do not communicate with each other. * Heavily reliant on manual data entry and filling out forms and spreadsheets. * Lack of regard for letting customers down.

“Great people and a fast-paced environment, with room to simplify how things work.”
The good thingsGreat people across the business who genuinely care and want to do a good job. It’s a fast-moving environment where you’re trusted to take ownership and get things done. You get good exposure to different parts of the business, and there’s a real focus on the customer, not just internally but in how decisions are made day to day. The values aren’t just talk — you actually see them in how people operate.
The challengesIt can be pretty full-on at times and priorities do shift quickly. There’s also a bit of complexity in roles and processes which can slow things down more than it should. Some clearer structure and simpler ways of working would make a big difference.

A family like team culture with a strong focus on growth and progression.
The good thingsOne of the things I enjoy most is the team-oriented, family-like environment. Everyone is incredibly welcoming, supportive, and genuinely passionate about the brand, which makes coming to work enjoyable. The onboarding experience was also excellent, very informative and well structured.
The challengesNothing to comment on yet as it has been a smooth onboarding.
