    Not good unfortunately
The good thingsAll the wonderful residents that always brought a smile to my face. Our beautiful chats.
The challengesManagement. Team leaders who enjoy ignoring staff concerns. Management don’t care for staff nor residents. Pay is not good, for the hard work you put in. Some staff members breaching privacy rules who tell the residents the other staff members personal life, and getting away with it.

    Sorry state of affairs
The good thingsMaking connections with residents, working with likeminded people who want to give the elderly a good quality of life in their later years
The challengesManagement. Really don't care about the residents at all - it's all about money. Multiple push backs from them when I and my colleagues have highlighted genuine and valid concerns especially over the last 12 months or so. Can also be very disrespectful to both residents and families

The good thingsVery friendly and supportive team leaders and staff.
The challengesReplying to my emails, more than one employer replying to the same issue more than once.
