The challengesRidiculous & over complicated onboarding process with Absolutely no structure whatsoever, over complicated & archaic docketing software. Generally unfriendly & hostile staff members , providing no technical support whatsoever. Australian management have little to no say in the way the company conducts business. Run down sites due to previous lazy technicians & outstanding maintenance runs of up to 1 year due to miss management which will be dumped on your shoulders for you to work out the best way to dupe the client.
