Great company if you are on the right job with the right people and not so great if you get put on a job with folks who don't realize that your background may not be a match for the role they put you in.
The good thingsExposure to many people who are skilled in many technologies. Some of them are wonderful mentors and happy to share their experiences and help you build your knowledge and career.
The challengesWhere you work, and who you work with changes regularly. I loved my job there for over a year and was then put on a job using skills I'd never been trained in, which was common. However I was with a team that wasn't happy to help (sometimes they did but they seemed to resent it and must have complained to management) I also complained about the lack of support but management started taking steps that looked more like getting rid of me rather than supporting me so I found a job somewhere else.
